Rubén Sánchez is a world-class expert in Consciousness-Based® sport and founder of StressFreeSport, a global initiative integrating Maharishi’s knowledge about consciousness into elite performance. He is the director of the Center for Consciousness-Based Sport at the Dr. Tony Nader Institute and the athletic director and head soccer coach at Maharishi International University (MIU).

Having graduated cum laude from MIU, majoring in Maharishi Vedic Science®, Mr. Sánchez has worked as a UEFA Pro Soccer Coach and with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, national federations, and professional clubs in multiple disciplines in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
