Longtime Transcendental Meditation (TM) Teacher Jocelyne Comtois reflects on her remarkable journey with the TM technique and her years working directly with TM Founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. From helping to develop pioneering courses that integrated consciousness with business and management, to conducting early government-sponsored research on TM, she played a unique role in bringing Maharishi’s knowledge into professional and public institutions. She will offer insights on integrating his teachings into work and daily life, and address the two questions she is most often asked: How did she come to work closely with Maharishi, and what was that experience like?
