Tom Palladino talks about his executive career in human resources and the keys to achieving your career goals while having a fulfilling personal life. He also discusses the unique study of business at Maharishi International University (MIU), where he is Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business Administration.

Mr. Palladino spent over 30 years as a human resources professional and executive. He held key leadership positions in various companies, including Senior Consultant for International Human Resources (Conoco); Director of Global Staffing and Director of Compensation and Benefits (Starbucks); Vice President, Human Resources Operations (First Data); and Executive Vice President (Green Plains). He held positions both in the United States and overseas.

At MIU, Mr. Palladino teaches human resources, management and organization, change management, career strategies, and conflict resolution. He also maintains a consulting business that focuses on human resources analytics. He has a bachelor’s degree in labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in conflict resolution from Creighton University.
