Jerry Seinfeld delves more deeply into his experience with the TM technique and its impact on his professional and family life. More excerpts from his interview on Sirius XM with Bob Roth, CEO of the David Lynch Foundation, include a delightful Q&A with the audience where Mr. Seinfeld discusses the challenges of performing and how his TM practice ensures he always has the creative energy to be at his best.

Mr. Seinfeld is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. He is best known for the sitcom Seinfeld, which he created and co-wrote. He also produced, co-wrote, and starred in the 2007 film Bee Movie, which was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film, and he was the creator and host of the web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee (2012–2019).

He has received 20 Primetime Emmy Award nominations for his work on Seinfeld and Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee as well as 4 Grammy Award nominations for his comedy albums. He is married to author and philanthropist Jessica Seinfeld, with whom he has three children.

Mr. Seinfeld has been practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique since 1972. As an ardent supporter of the David Lynch Foundation (DLF) and its programs to bring the TM program to high-stress populations, he has donated his comedic talents for many of its fundraising galas.
