Simone Cabizuca shares her inspiring journey from teaching English to corporate executives as a single mother to seeking deeper meaning in life. She explored various wellness modalities for some time, and after she remarried, she and her husband learned the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique, which significantly reduced her anxiety and strengthened her relationships, including her marriage. Her path evolved from corporate teaching to more fulfilling educational work as a teaching assistant at Maharishi International University (MIU), ultimately leading her toward becoming a Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation.
Simone Cabizuca was born in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and learned the TM technique in 2017. Two years later, she moved to Fairfield, Iowa, with her young daughter, who attended Maharishi School, while she earned a master’s degree in Consciousness and Human Potential at MIU.
