Tony Nader, MD, PhD, is internationally recognized for his work at the intersection of consciousness studies, neuroscience, human physiology, and Vedic knowledge. In this conversation, centered on his new book, The Power of Caring, he examines the familiar question, “Who cares?”, showing how it can express indifference or fatigue while also inviting deeper reflection on how we relate to ourselves and others.

Dr. Nader discusses what caring truly is, why it can sometimes feel overwhelming, and how it can become a source of clarity, resilience, and meaning. He explains how caring evolves as awareness expands—from a self-centered experience to a broader sense of connection, contribution, and responsibility—and why this shift can enrich our well-being, strengthen relationships, and deepen our engagement with the world.
