Michael Funk is a master scuba diver and a volunteer member of C.O.R.E., the Caribbean Oceanic Restoration and Education Foundation. His work is focused on the restoration of Caribbean coral reefs in association with the Coral Restoration Foundation, which manages the largest active coral reef restoration program in the world.
Mr. Funk talks about the vital role coral reefs play in our planet’s interdependent ecosystem and the importance of TM practice for those dedicated to sustainable solutions to today’s global problems.
Mr. Funk holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a registered physician assistant. He is also Assistant Professor of Medical Education at Barry University, St. Croix, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has been practicing the TM technique since 1970.
