Alisa Feliz, National Director of the TM program in Ukraine, talks about the current campaign that is bringing the Transcendental Meditation technique to tens of thousands of women in Ukraine. She discusses the urgent need for TM in a country reeling from the destruction of war and the extreme mental and physical challenges caused by nightly aerial attacks.
Ms. Feliz also talks about witnessing the astounding power of the TM technique to help to quickly heal the deep wounds of traumatic stress being experienced by Ukraine’s women, who must play a huge role in the future of the country’s families and society as a whole.
Alisa Feliz is a trained lawyer and now serves as the National Director of the Maharishi Foundation in Ukraine. She is also the Development Director for the David Lynch Foundation in Eastern Europe. Combining her legal background with a deep passion for the Transcendental Meditation technique and the tradition of knowledge from which it comes, Ms. Feliz is dedicated to helping to bring inner strength and peace to her country.

Amidst extremely trying circumstances, her leadership and project management expertise are contributing to organizing TM teachers to bring the benefits of the TM program to individuals and organizations throughout their country. Through her work, Ms. Feliz is helping to lead Ukrainians toward inner peace, resilience, and holistic personal growth.
