He discusses his development of LikeHearted, an AI-driven holistic mental wellness app that allows individuals seeking support to find and connect with other like-hearted people worldwide. He lives with his wonderful family in Australia, where they strive to live a life of awe, adventure, and growing awareness.
After more than a decade grappling with severe obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Dr. Adam Delfiner was able to overcome the disorder through his daily practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM), along with the support, love, and wisdom of his family and other mentors.
His experience became the springboard to receiving his master’s and doctoral degrees in Maharishi Vedic Science, the Science of Consciousness and Human Potential, from Maharishi International University, where he studied the effects of practicing TM on OCD. Dr. Delfiner is a Certified TM Teacher and a director of Maharishi Vedic Research Institute in Australia.

Dr. Delfiner lives in Australia with his wife Dr. Natalie Delfiner, two children, one dog, and two chickens. They are co-founders of Ananda Studios and Ananda Kids, a wellness and creativity hub and homeschooling program dedicated to the pursuit of living a blissful life in harmony with nature.
