Steven Yellin is the developer of The Fluid Motion Factor, a revolutionary training program that allows athletes to achieve peak performance with greater consistency. Yellin’s company has worked with athletes in seven professional sports.

The professional golfers he has worked with have won more than $90 million dollars in prize money and five Major championships. Yellin has also worked with the French Olympic women’s golf team, the Danish national golf team, and the 2016 University of Washington women’s national NCAA championship golf team.

He is the author of The 7 Secrets of World Class Athletes, The Fluid Motion Factor, and his latest book, Simplicity: The Fluid Motion Factor Golf Program.

Yellin discusses how professional and collegiate athletes are learning to be more consistent, and the role the TM technique plays in helping them gain the experience of uninterrupted “frictionless flow.”

Mario Orsatti, the host of TM Talks and Executive Director of the Center for Health and Wellness, a division of the David Lynch Foundation, interviewed Yellin on October 11, 2020.
