Barry Spivack joins host Christine Albers to discuss a question that has guided much of his life and is important to all of us: How can we reduce suffering and create a more peaceful world? Drawing on his background in philosophy, politics, and economics, along with his decades of experience teaching the TM technique, he co-authored An Antidote to Violence: Evaluating the Evidence, exploring how the development of individual consciousness can help reduce social stress, heal divisions, and contribute to a more peaceful world.
