Martha Batorski, Ed.D., a veteran management consultant and business owner, discusses the mechanics of decision-making and the natural role that twice-daily TM practice plays in making good decisions, especially under stress.
Dr. Batorski has been actively engaged in the field of change—both personal and business—for over 30 years: first, as a management consultant affiliated with DMR Group (Montreal), Accenture LLP (Los Angeles), and Grant Thornton LLP (Washington, D.C.); and second, as a CEO working with over 50 new venture launches, which include entrepreneurs across the United States, building start-up companies in the financial services industry.
The concept of making business consulting available to small businesses earned Dr. Batorski’s company the Emerging Business of the Year Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners. She has led over 15 successful business transformation consulting projects with global Fortune 100 companies in the United States and the European Union, including financial services, high-tech, transportation, aerospace, energy, government, retail, and the U.S. Navy.
