Warren Blank, PhD, is the founder and president of The Leadership Group, a leadership and organizational development firm specializing in training, facilitation, speaking, consulting, and coaching with organizations worldwide. He explores a core theme of his work: the distinction between being a boss—someone with formal authority—and being a true leader—someone who earns willing followers. He also shares insights into how discovering and practicing the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique has supported his work and well-being through years of global travel and service.

Dr. Blank provides practical, field-tested strategies to enhance organizational, group, and individual effectiveness, efficiency, and enjoyment in the pursuit of excellence. Since its founding in 1986, The Leadership Group has served more than 140 government agencies and 60 private corporations across the United States and in 55 countries.
