It was 1977 when I saw a small ad for a TM lecture at the college I was attending. I was curious about meditation, but I actually knew nothing about it except that The Beatles had promoted it along with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
After my first meditation and the TM course, I knew I was hooked for life. It’s 39 years later, and I still make sure I get my two meditations in each day.
My life has been very good. However, along with the good there have been some bad times, mostly in the last six years. I’m not sure how I have weathered the last six years as well as I have. Wait a minute—it must be the twice-daily TM that I never stopped!
