Mia Martina Hanák joins host Christine Albers to explore the powerful connection between creativity, consciousness, and our relationship with the natural world. She discusses how art can change the way we see environmental challenges, inspire meaningful action, and help us envision a more peaceful and sustainable future. Drawing on decades of experience, she also considers how art and storytelling can bring people together across cultures and communities around a shared vision for the planet.
Since 2001, Mia Martina Hanák has worked at the intersection of art, ecology, and social change. She founded the Natural World Museum of Environmental Art, a pioneering mobile and global nonprofit arts organization based in San Francisco, whose traveling exhibitions brought together artists, museums, civic institutions, communities, and youth to promote environmental awareness and action.
