Warren Blank, PhD, is the founder and president of The Leadership Group, a leadership and organizational development firm specializing in training, facilitation, speaking, consulting, and coaching with organizations worldwide. He explores a core theme of his work: the distinction between being a boss—someone with formal authority—and being a true leader—someone who earns willing followers. He also shares insights into how discovering and practicing the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique has supported his work and well-being through years of global travel and service.

Dr. Blank holds a PhD in organizational behavior and an MBA in management from the University of Cincinnati, an MS in education from Indiana University, and a BA from The University of Akron. He is the author of six books, numerous journal articles, and chapters in edited volumes, most notably The 9 Natural Laws of Leadership and The 108 Skills of Natural Born Leaders.
