Nigel Barlow is an international business coach and consultant. He was the founder and director of the European division of the Tom Peters Consulting Group and currently runs his own worldwide consultancy company based in Oxford, England.
Barlow has worked with many of the world’s leading organizations, including Apple, BBC, British Telecom, Danone, Lexus, Louis Vuitton, Microsoft, Nestlé, and Vodafone. He provides services that help them improve the focus and effectiveness of their organizations.
He is the author of three widely read business books: Batteries Included!: Creating Legendary Customer Service; Rethink—How to Think Differently; and, most recently, Rock Your Presentation—A New Guide to Speaking with Passion.
He studied law at Oxford University and started his career as a barrister. He has also been an Associate Fellow at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. He lives in Oxford with his family.
