When stress is reduced, immunity improves, resulting in better health on every level.
For six months, 22 individuals practicing TM were compared to a control group that received health education. At the end of that period, “those practicing TM were found to have a significant improvement in health-related quality of life in areas such as the ability to be physically and socially active, pain management, vitality, mental health, and general health. The TM group also had improved physical, social, and emotional well-being,” reports Mario Orsatti.
Key to their improvement was the technique’s unique, stress-busting effect. When stress is reduced, immunity improves, resulting in better health on every level.
