We all want our useful suggestions and advice to be heard. This webinar focuses on methods, supported by research in social psychology, to ensure that our feedback is delivered and received in the most productive and supportive manner.
You will learn how to:
- Overcome resistance to giving feedback
- Create receptivity in those to whom you are giving feedback
- Recognize triggers that block receptivity to feedback
- Use all feedback, even feedback you don’t agree with, as a means to grow and learn more about yourself
